Mr Singhi at UN Climate Ambition Summit 2020

Mr Mahendra Singhi, MD & CEO, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL) was invited to speak at the United Nations Secretary General’s Climate Ambition Summit 2020. In his address, he highlighted DCBL’s philosophy of ‘Clean and Green is Profitable and Sustainable’ and shared the company’s roadmap for becoming carbon negative by 2040.

Speaking on behalf of the cement industry, he talked about the 2050 ambition statement of the Global Cement and Concrete Association which reflects the collective ambition for a carbon neutral future.
