Puneet Dalmia at IIM Bangalore

The Managing Director, Mr Puneet Dalmia interacted with the students of IIM Bangalore, sharing the success story of Dalmia Bharat Group in a case study. The highlights of the case study were his journey from being an entrepreneur to a business leader and how under his leadership, the business grew by 20 times – from 3 million tonnes to 30 million tones. Mr Puneet Dalmia also shared the future growth plans for the company and how he wants to create a culture where people can think and work like owners, empower them and celebrate success as well as failures.
